Pickled Okra with Shrimp Salad

  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 – 1 cup sliced pickled okra
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. minced red onion
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 3 large avocados diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • Cherry tomatoes quartered
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Mix together and top with chopped fresh parsley.
