Jolly Man Caribbean Salsa

This old Appalachian recipe got a new spin inspired by AJ’s trip to the Caribbean. 

It starts with that hearty smokehouse flavor melded into fresh chunks of tomatoes, onions, and garlic.

It finishes with a hint of lime and a jalapeno kick that puts some Caribbean fire in your soul. Yet it has that fresh “Jolly” taste. 

This salsa is great alone on chips, or blended with avocado for smoky spiced guacamole. The unique flavor is a tasty alternative to taco seasoning for ground beef or chicken too.
