Citrus Almond Spinach Salad
- 1-1/2 lb. Spinach, stems removed and torn
- 1/2 lb. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced thin
- 1/3 Cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 Sm. Can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 3/4 Cup Orange-Berry Basil Dressing
Place spinach, mushrooms, oranges, and almonds in a bowl. Add dressing and toss.
Add grilled shrimp or chicken for a complete meal- Enjoy!

Blend equal parts of olive oil, parmesan cheese, and Orange-Berry Basil Dressing. Mix well and serve as a dip with your favorite finger foods!
