Hot Air Balloon Festival Floats into Townsend, TN
Looking for an adventure in the Great Smoky Mountain area this weekend? On Saturday, August 18, 2018, you’ll want to head to Townsend for their Second Annual Great Smoky Mountain Hot Air Balloon Festival and take in the amazing display of hot air balloons from around the region. The event takes place at the Townsend Visitor Center and is from 3 p.m. – 9 p.m. Admission is free, but the cost of parking is $20 (purchased in advance) or $25 per car on the day of the event. Advance purchase is recommended.
